Enforcement Defensive Tactics Instructor Course
Date: April 6 - 8, 2009
Location: USJJF Hombu Dojo (Natl HQs Dojo) 1201 S. Scott Street, Arlington,
Virginia USAThis event
registration is for all Martial Artists and Law Enforcement Personnel who
wish to participate in the United States Ju-Jitsu Federation's (USJJF) and
United States Martial Arts Federation's (USMAF) "3 Day" Defensive Tactics
Instructor Course.
Curriculum: Police Defensive Tactics - Taiho Jutsu Knowledge & Skills for
Instructor Certification including Weapons
Disarming & retention, Arresting & Control Techniques, Handcuffing,
Self-Defense, Baton, OC, Electric Stunning Devices and Use of Force
Strategy.
Course Instructors: Mr. Rick Dunn, (Post Certified - Master Corps Police
Defensive Tactics Instructor) and 7th Dan - Taiho Jutsu, 6th Dan - Karate.
Other Instructors to be announced.
Note: Course Fee includes Technical Manual, Training, Testing and National
Certification. (Training includes Lectures, Video Presentations, Instruction
in Skills, Practice Sessions on the Mat and Exam)
Participants who successfully complete the "Defensive Tactics Instructor
Course" will receive Nationally Recognized Instructor Certification, US
Taiho Jutsu Patch and Instructor Card. In
addition, testing for Rank Certifications in Ju-Jitsu, Judo and Karate will
also be conducted with Rank Certification issued upon successful testing
and payment of appropriate ranking fee.

Skills for Rank Advancement including Kihon, Waza and Kata of Ju-Jitsu &
Judo

- Ju-Jitsu, 7th Dan - Karate & 7th Dan - Judo and Shihan David Parritt,
7th Dan - Ju-Jitsu &

Note: Course Fee includes Curriculum Booklets, Training (including
Lectures, Video Presentations, Instruction in Skills, Practice Sessions
on the Mat ), Refreshments, and Testing for Kyu / Dan Grades.
Participants will receive a National Course "Completion Certificate" as
well as "Rank Certification" for rank testing successfully completed.
The standard promotion fees normally required for rank promotions will
be waived for participants of this course.

Jujitsu Paris open tournament 2009
The committee of
the 'Ile-de-France' judo French Region organize the 25th and
26th of April 2009 the Jujitsu Paris tournament which will
take place at the stadium of
INSTITUT DU JUDO,
21-25 avenue de la Porte de Chtillon,
75014 Paris
Athletes of all the countries affiliated at the Jujitsu International
Federation to meet the best French and foreign jujitsuka in Duo games
and Fighting.
The Jujitsu Paris Tournament this year again is one stage of the circuit
of European Challenge Cup.

1st Swiss Ju-Jitsu Open 2009
The 1st Swiss Ju-Jitsu Open takes place on Saturday, 2nd May 2009 in the
Cityhall Sursee (close to Lucerne). We expect approximately 150 athletes
from 10 nations. For the participating athletes this event is very
important in determining their fitness level before the upcoming World
Games 2009.
We are anxious to offer the active Jiukas from all over the world a
professional platform so they can compete at an international level (Duo
System and Fighting System). Our supporting program attracts an
enthusiastic public and offers extraordinary fascination.
The 1st Swiss Ju-Jitsu Open offers you and your athletes the following:
