On June 28, 2009 at the Annual US JU-JITSU Awards Banquet, in Niagara Falls, New York, USA - two very senior US Ju-Jitsu Leaders received Special Recognition for A Life-Time of Giving Service to Help Build Ju-Jitsu across the United States of America.  Hanshi George E. Anderson and Hanshi Thurl T.R. McClanahan were presented with the Presidents Crystal Award citing their many contributions to all their students and athletes over the past 50 plus years!
