If you need to submit via
surface (snail) mail or fax, then please use the

They may be sent via by attaching them to your E-Mail or 3 1/2"
floppy disk.
If your photo or graphic is
not scanned, I will be happy to scan them for you! (Unfortunately
we cannot guarantee that photos will be returned, so please send us a
copy)
Please include a brief
description of the photo and who, what, when and where as it relates to
the photo.
You must state
is your submission that you grant permission for your article or photo
to be published.
The author's
of all submitted articles or photos will be given proper credit, however
the submitted article and photos become the property of the United
States Ju-Jitsu Federation and we reserve the right edit any submitted
article for grammar and spelling.
The USJJF also
reserves the right to reject any article or photo that is deemed
inappropriate in content.
Guidelines:
Scanned photos may be
submitted in any valid image format. Images in .jpg or .gif format
are preferred, and should be attached separately from articles
that are submitted. Do not embed them into your article file as
the quality is generally rather poor. Insert typed place-holders
within your article to show where you prefer the photos be inserted.
Articles should relate to the
Ju-Jitsu. Commentary and editorial content will not be accepted.
Before submitting your
article, read it over and over and make your best attempt to correct
spelling and grammatical errors. Have a friend or colleague read
it and make additional corrections. You should correct as much as
possible before submission, otherwise we will have to do it, and often
editing can alter the message that you are trying to get across to our
readers.
If you have additional questions about how
to submit your article or other content for the magazine, please send
those questions to the
Webmaster.
We look forward
to hearing from you and to your help in getting this magazine off the
ground!
