1996: Style: Hawaiian Jui-Jitsu, Sensei: Alex Limbaugh, School Name: The United Schools of Kodenkan, Jacksonville, FL Initially White Belt, but Shodan was Recognized
2010: Style: Juko Ryu Jujutsu, Sensei: John Newton, School Name: Harbor City Dojo, Melbourne FL Ranked 1st degree Black Belt. Have been training under Chief Master J. Newton 7th Dan ever since. (NOTE: Newton wished to rank me to NIDAN one year later, but I was reluctant to join another organization, so continued to train and forgo promotions. I have been asked to rank test with Master Newton multiple times a year, and by others at every other clinic attended for past 10 years, but declined to do so. Have trained with Master Newton at least 6 hours a week since 2010.
2015: Style: Aikido training/seminar in Canada, Mississauga, CA -Sensei Tambu and Mustard
2016: Style: Aikido training/seminar in Canada, Mississauga, CA -Sensei Tambu and Mustard
2019: Style: Hapkido, began simultaneously training under Master J. Crim. at Hapkido Fighting Arts alongside Chief Master John Newton in Ju Jitsu at new dojo location in Indialantic, FL
2020: Style: Aikido training/seminar in Canada, multiple clinics per year 2015 - 2022.
2020: Style: Hapkido Rank: Awarded 1st degree Black Belt, under Grand Master B. Burchett and Master J. Crim, while continually training jointly with Sensei Newton.
2021: Style: Hapkido: Rank 1st degree BB, Seminar by Grand Master B. Burchett, J. Newton, P. Galloway, School Name: Hapkido Fighting Arts; Melbourne, FL. Participated in Shodan Tests (as uke) for Grant Newton and Sean Alcorn, but worked hard with them in class the month prior to be sure that they did well. Both young men passed with excellence!!
