USJJF's Culture Statement

For nearly fifty years, the principles of USJJF's culture have been the driving force behind our success.  USJJF's culture defines who we are, how we act and what we believe is the right way to conduct operations.  Our culture unities us as a national federation and motivates us to go even further.  As we work towards USJJF's future, our culture will continue to guide our actions, strengthen our reputation, and increase our resolve to meet our members' most vital JJ needs.

USJJF's culture is based on four guiding principles:

*    Respect for ourselves, our collegues and our members embodies USJJF's high standard of ethics and promotes solid working relationships.
