Mr. Klok has over 45 years experience in the Martial Arts.
Budo is Mr. Klok's life and in his heart, mind and soul. With Budo he work every day. He believes in the harmony, peace, tranquility and respect that Budo brings. He see it as his mission to spread this belief as a teacher in addition to developing everyone's talent. I also believe in developing my own talent and skills and knowledge; Budo as a circle, the pursuit of perfection.
Budo was instilled by his father, Jan Klok. His father was one of the first students of Gé Koning Sr (9th Dan Judo and Ju Jitsu, JBN Nederland, Coach/Teacher of Anton Geesink Olympic Champion, student of Michigami, Kawaishi, Koizumi. with four years Dirk's Budo life started with judo. Later Ju Jitsu, Karate, Iaido, Aiki Jitsu, Savate and Boxing. From the age of 4 he also did boxing. His father was a judoka and boxer. He trained with the top of the Netherlands. My father, Gé Koning Sr and Jaap Korzelius were always my teacher.
In his working life, he serves as director positions in the financial world.
Also in the world of Martial Arts he serves fulfill chairman and directors positions.
Mr. Klok is the President of the WJJF-WJJKO 1976 and of International Martial Arts The Netherlands (IMAF).
Furthermore, he serves in the following functions:
