Frédéric Paezkiewiecz has over 40 years experience in the Martial Arts.
Frédéric Paezkiewiecz was born on November 3, 1970 in France. He started in martial arts by being introduced to Judo and Ju-Jitsu in 1982 before also practicing Wrestling and SAMBO from 1987. He won several regional titles in his youth before joining the french army in 1991. He served 16 years as a non-commissioned officer in the infantry and mountain troops, participating in several operations in French Guiana, former Yugoslavia, Bosnia, Kosovo and Macedonia. During his service, he was trained in military H2H Combat and also in boxing.
In 2002, he won the military tournament H2H wrestling at the Colmar base training. He finished his military career as a sports and hand-to-hand combat instructor with the rank of warrant officer. While continuing to practice Ju-Jitsu and Wrestling regularly, he experimented with the practice of Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Kali, Kempo Karate and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from 2002. Back in civilian life, he opened his martial arts school in 2007 within the OSCAR, an important socio-cultural association. Licensed at the Annecy wrestling club, In 2009, he took the 2nd place of the National Championship of Wrestling in veterans category.
He is currently developing the practice of SAMBO, H2H Combat and Krav Maga – Imi Jiu Jitsu with the FFST (french federation of labour sport), an organization approved by French Department of Sports. Since 2015, he has also served as a reserve officer with the Mountain Troops and participates in the improvement of H2H Combat training. Frédéric specializes in research on the link between Ju-Jitsu and the other martial arts disciplines he develops: SAMBO, H2H and Krav Maga. He published several articles on this subject in the specialized press. He currently works as a trainer in sports professions.
